My favorite secret casual dining Folsom spot with a CHEF♡ I love it when my husband wants to meet here for dinner. We sit at the bar- quick chat with the great bartender, order a nice Pino and a great beer to go with the out-of-this-world "Chefs Special Prime Rib". Cheers! KitchenBathDesignByGloria

Great restaurant off the beaten path. No fighting with large shopping center patrons for parking. The Corner Tavern looks unassuming but packs a punch with excellent food and friendly staff. We had garlic cheese flatbread, mac and cheese and the prime rib dip. They were all excellent with large portions. Will come back
One of the things I love most about this place is there is a creative chef who is willing to try new dishes for specials. These range from pastas to sandwiches to bigger entree dishes. Today it was a filet with glazed carrots and fingerling potatoes. As you can see from the photo, the fillet was big! And it was delicious! Carrots and potatoes were outstanding! Hats off to the chef! Also our server (forgot her name) was super friendly, attentive and had a great attitude. I’ve been coming here for a while but this just makes me want to visit more. You should try it!
Outstanding service and food. My new favorite restaurant. Dominic and his staff are absolutely the best. I highly recommend the clam chowder and the ribs! Come try this place, you won't regret it. Weekends are busy. Spencer the bartender, made me feel right at home. The Tavern Burger was the best burger I have had in a long time. They are pretty busy on the weekend so try them for lunch on a weekday if you aren’t up for a small wait.
Delicious food!!! It's down the street from where I live and I have always wanted to try them. My husband got the burger and the meat patty was a great size with thick cut bacon. I got the prime rib dip, the meat was so flavorful and tender, and the garlic aioli & arugula really make the sandwich!! The house chips are crunchy and fresh.
Great service, great food! Their menu is awesome but the best food items are their specials! Great bar, all the bartenders really know their stuff.
We had a large group and Courtney was our amazing server. The food was tasty. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Courtney went above and beyond to serve our large group. Besides being very professional, she also was a lot of fun.
Loved it! The staff is super friendly and fun. This was one of the best pastrami sandwiches I have had in years. Loved their homemade potato chips. My husband enjoyed his pizza. We will be back.
